The system supports: problemsubmission, either through a graphical user interface or electronic mail;on-line queries; problem reporting; and correlation of change requests toproject components.Problems may be broken into individually assigned tasks which are trackedas part of problem resolution. Standard problem and task managementprocess models and user screen formats may be used as is, or customizedto fit customer-specified processes.
